Change in the Executive Board of Wulff Group Plc

Atte Ailio, M.Sc. (Econ.), CFO of Wulff Group Plc and a member of the Group Executive Board, has announced his resignation in order to pursue new opportunities outside the company. Mr. Ailio will continue to serve in his current role until August 4, 2023, with the search for his successor commencing immediately.

"We are grateful for Atte's significant contributions as Wulff's CFO and for his collaboration during a period of substantial growth and transformation," states Elina Rahkonen, CEO of Wulff Group Plc.

The Wulff Group Executive Board will continue to consist of Elina Rahkonen, CEO; Trond Fikseaunet, Managing Director of Wulff Supplies AB; Sami Hokkanen, Managing Director of Wulff Entre Oy; Tarja Törmänen, Communications and Marketing Director of Wulff Group; and Veijo Ågerfalk, Managing Director of Wulff Beltton AB.
