Our Sustainability Work Recognised by EcoVadis
In June 2026, we received an EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing us among the top 35% of companies assessed. The medal recognises our performance in sustainability and encourages us to keep improving.
EcoVadis assesses companies in four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The assessment also helps us identify where we can do better.
Sustainability in Practice
We’re taking steps to better understand and reduce our environmental impact. This includes measuring emissions, expanding our range of environmentally certified products and working with suppliers to improve sustainability practices. Here’s what we’ve done so far and what we’re working towards.
Understanding Product Carbon Footprints
Better information about a product’s environmental impact can help customers make informed choices. In 2025, we worked with an external expert to estimate emissions across product lifecycles. From 2026 onwards, we’ll update these estimates twice a year.
Our aim is to give customers a clearer picture of the emissions associated with their purchases, helping them make choices that suit their needs.
Measuring and Reducing Emissions
To reduce our emissions, we first need to understand where they come from. In 2025, we calculated our greenhouse gas emissions for 2023 and 2024 using the GHG Protocol. The results help us identify where we can make improvements and plan our next steps.
As part of this work, we also committed to setting a near-term climate target. The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved this commitment in February 2026.
More Environmentally Certified Products
We want to make it easier for our customers to find products with environmental certifications. Our goal is for these products to account for 60% of our sales by 2030.
With our Wulff MiniBar restocking service, customers can also choose a product range that reflects their sustainability priorities. They can opt for more environmentally certified products or select only those that meet specific sustainability criteria.
Working with our Suppliers
Working closely with our suppliers is an important part of our sustainability work. We want to understand how our partners address environmental issues, human rights and ethical business practices.
We use supplier audits and other measures to assess their practices. We also believe in open conversations about where improvements can be made.
Our Sustainability Goals for 2030
Sustainability is about more than the environment. It’s also about how we treat people, support our employees and take care of our customers.
Wulff Group has set the following goals for 2030:
- Customer satisfaction: NPS of 70
- Employee satisfaction: eNPS of 60
- Climate action: Reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with the Paris Agreement
- Sustainability training: All employees complete the Group’s sustainability training
- Developing future talent: Active trainee programmes
Our work also supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to responsible consumption, climate action, gender equality, reduced inequalities and decent work.
Our Environmental Goals
We’re working to reduce our environmental impact and find ways to improve. We set clear goals and regularly review our progress.
Our work is supported by our certified ISO 14001 environmental management system and ISO 9001 quality management system. Both help us track our progress and improve the way we work.
